We are Meredith Family Farm

Amy (Owner/Grower) & Robert Meredith (Sales/Marketing) met in Yakima Washington, Amy’s hometown. Amy spent her early years working as a server/bartender and after she finished college, she went on to oversee a family owned business. Working alongside her mentor & friend for 8 years, she got to experience the ins and outs of running a small business. During this time, she met Robert, a transplant from Tampa Florida. Robert has worked in sales for 10 years and has been working in the agriculture industry for over 6 years.

Robert and Amy married in Yakima and decided to move back to Robert’s hometown. With 2 kids in tow, they began their next chapter. With a passion for all things health and wellness, growing nutrient dense food just made sense.

What are Microgreens?

Microgreens are the seedlings of common mature vegetables, not to be confused with sprouts. Microgreens are a form of superfood, that are highly trending (and for good reason). Well known by chefs, these are small greens grown from vegetables and herbs, and they are full of important vitamins and minerals! When adding microgreens to your meal, you eat stem and leaves. In your kitchen, adding these tiny greens to the top of your favorite dish will transfer your experience from basic to WOW. Spark up your breakfast with this healthy superfood on top of avocado toast or an omelet. Throw them in a blender with lemon, spinach and pear for a green smoothie! Sprinkle on top of your soup, or snack by the handful. They are fun to play around with so don’t be afraid to get creative. All microgreens go really well with salads and they will give an extra kick to your sandwich or burger!
